Access ‘My Cloud’ in the Remo+ App
- Open the Remo+ app and log in.
- Tap on the ‘Account’ icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the ‘Home’ screen.
- Tap on ‘My Cloud’.
- From here you can subscribe to, modify, or cancel a cloud plan on any device registered to your account.
Cancel a Cloud Plan
- Once you’ve accessed ‘My Cloud’, search the list for the device with the plan you would like to cancel.
- Move the ‘Auto Renew’ switch to the ‘Off’ position.
- Confirm the cancellation.
